Kikuka Winery Restaurant, nestled in the natural beauty of Yamaga, Kumamoto, offers a unique gourmet experience that fuses local seasonal ingredients and our wines. Depending on the day of the week, the restaurant operates either as a casual café or as a charcuterie restaurant serving more elaborate dishes. Takeout is available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Enjoy our food at home or on the go! (Closed on Tuesdays)

Executive ChefTetsuya Usuki

Born in Kumamoto Prefecture. After graduating from a culinary school in Osaka, he worked at Kumamoto New Sky Hotel. He later served as Head Chef for house weddings before becoming the Executive Chef of Kikuka Winery Restaurant. - Member (Disciple) of the Association des Disciples d’Auguste Escoffier du Japon (Japan Chapter of the Association of the Disciples of Auguste Escoffier). - Branch Manager of the All Japan Chefs Association, Kumamoto Branch

Opening Hours

The restaurant operates as a café on Mondays and Wednesdays, and as a charcuterie restaurant on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please note that on café days, light meals are served instead of full-course dishes. Takeout is available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., so feel free to stop by. (Closed on Tuesdays)

Cancellation Policy

No-show or same-day cancellation: the full amount will be charged. Cancellation one day before the reservation: 50% of the total course fee will be charged. Cancellation three business days or more in advance: No cancellation fee.

- If you have allergies or cannot eat certain foods, please let us know in the remarks section when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. - While we do not offer a children’s menu, children may enjoy items from the café menu (salads, bread, soups, and sandwiches) when purchased separately. Please note that course items, such as the main course, cannot be ordered separately.
